Men For A Better Lawndale is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. The “Digital Divide” is so much more than a technological abyss that separates minority students from their white counterparts. As the gap widens, the corridor that leads to information, career opportunities and financial stability proves inaccessible to those who have not successfully integrated computers into every facet of their personal and professional lives. We must prepare our children to effectively compete in a global marketplace that accepts nothing less than technological competency. Those without technological skills will find it virtually impossible to advance in careers that demand computer agility.

As you are well aware, the need is great and it is real. Better education makes better citizens, and better citizens make a better country in which to live.
